In the third year of my study, I undertook a six-month internship at HelloFlex Group. This company specializes in developing software to simplify the lives of numerous intermediaries. HelloFlex Group serves as the collective name for the organization, which comprises nine branches, each with its unique expertise.

If I reflect on my internship, there were two valuable lessons for me: be conscious about your usage of time and learn to communicate. The first one might sound like a cliche, and the second one may seem a bit basic. However, during my internship, I learned it was important to schedule my day and not start every task that I was handed.
For six months, I was part of the Marketing and Communication team, which was a small but highly effective team. During this period, I observed how two people were responsible for marketing, UX/UI, video footage, and DTP design. This might sound like a lot, but with the effective time management skills I acquired during this experience, we handled it with ease.
At HelloFlex Group, my primary focus was on UX/UI design. While I did engage in other tasks, my main responsibility involved designing new pages to enhance the interaction across different sites. Given that HelloFlex Group has nine other branches to maintain, this meant working on a new design almost every day.
